Flummoxed how to file on a non-vat 8% foreign clients as model-actor.
The filing and payment of tax for a model-actor who have clients abroad is the same as any taxpayer in the Philippines. You may file online or manually. However, before you start filing, you must first secure your registration with the BIR. As well as get an official receipt from the Bureau. During registration you may already mentioned you are opting in for the 8% Flat Tax rate option. They will guide you accordingly on how to proceed.
